Due to the award of a exceptional heritage listed renovation project, they are now seeking to employ an experienced foreman to deliver the project which is around 30 minutes North-West of Melbourne. Role As a Foreman, you be responsible be the on-site face of the business with your responsibilities including; Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site labour Ensure work is delivered to the highest standards of quality and finish Maintain project timelines and report to the Site/Project Manager Monitor and enforce site safety, SWMS, and OH&S requirements Liaise with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders as needed Conduct site inductions and toolboxes Assist with setting out, measurements, and resolving site issues Interpret plans, specifications, and construction drawings accurately Requirements To secure this opportunity we are seeking an experienced foreman who meets the following criteria; Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Foreman or Leading Hand role Trade qualified – carpentry experience strongly preferred Proven experience on high-end custom homes or architectural residential projects Strong understanding of build quality and construction sequencing Ability to lead by example and motivate others Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused Excellent communication and problem-solving skills White Card and valid driver’s licence essential Apply Please call Leigh Rowbottom from Talent Associates on 1300 363 445 for more information or click " apply now " to lodge an application.
