ABOUT THE ROLE As a Morning Shift Pick Packer, you’ll play a key role in keeping Australia’s supply chain moving. You’ll work with advanced automation systems in a clean, modern, and safety-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: Accurately picking and packing stock using voice-pick or pick-to-light systems Replenishing and decanting stock into automated storage systems Monitoring automated picking and replenishment equipment Meeting daily performance and pick rate targets Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work area Following all safety and quality standards at all times WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Previous Pick Packing or Warehouse experience highly regarded Comfortable working with technology and automation systems Physically fit – able to lift up to 25kg Strong attention to detail and accuracy Reliable, punctual, and a team player Committed to maintaining high safety and quality standards SHIFT DETAILS – MORNING SHIFT ONLY Days: Wednesday to Saturday roster Shift Time: Start early – finish before the afternoon!
