About the role: Telstra Retail manages a nationwide network of stores located in shopping centres, strip malls and other locations. We're looking for a Senior Retail Physical Security Lead to help protect our people, stores and brand, while keeping our national retail network of stores running smoothly. You'll sit at the intersection of physical security, retail operations, technology and leadership, with real influence and visibility across the business. This is a permanent full-time hybrid role.

What you'll be doing
* Leading the frontline execution of Telstra Retail's Physical Security Program
* Driving store-level security assurance reviews and closing critical findings
* Supporting rollouts of CCTV, intruder alarms and electronic access control
* Leading critical security incidents and investigations end-to-end
* Managing vendor response and holding SLAs to account
* Supporting high-severity technology incidents impacting stores, including outages and post-incident reviews
We'd love to hear from you if you have
* Strong experience in retail or physical security, ideally in complex or high-risk environments
* Proven incident response and investigation capability
* Confidence influencing senior stakeholders
* Experience interpreting and applying security standards and legislation
* People leadership experience, direct or indirect
* A calm, pragmatic approach when the pressure is on
