About you
You will demonstrate excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills in order to deliver projects to agreed outcomes, with a solid understanding and experience of civil construction and subdivision works.
Key responsibilities will be:
* Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of civil construction projects
* Provide engineering and technical support across site and project teams
* Assist with program, cost, quality, and safety management
* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
* Ensure works are delivered in accordance with project specifications and company systems
About you
* Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) - desirable but not essential
* Minimum 3 years' experience in Civil Construction, previous experience in delivering subdivision projects will be highly regarded
* Strong skills in managing client relationships.
* Proven ability to build positive relationships with subcontractors.
* Exceptional people management abilities.
