Role Purpose
XO Sports is a high-growth start-up building an advanced AI-powered sports prediction platform, delivered via a subscription model. Our mission is to create certainty in the world of betting chaos and help our customers win more often.
We're looking for a gun Content Producer/Editor to join our Content team and help fuel growth through scroll-stopping, social-first content. This role is hands-on, creative, and fast-moving - perfect for someone who lives and breathes sport, understands what performs on social, and can turn ideas into high-quality video quickly.
You'll work closely with the Digital & Content Lead and XO Brand Ambassadors to produce, shoot, edit and publish video-led content that drives engagement, growth, and brand love. From game-day edits and short-form explainers to analyst-led previews, insights, promos, and reactive content - this role sits at the intersection of creativity, sport, and performance.
You'll be creating content our audience actually wants to watch - entertaining, informative, culturally relevant, and built for performance across platforms like TikTok, Meta, X, and YouTube.
Key Responsibilities
• Produce, shoot, edit and publish short-form, social-first video content across TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Edit content quickly and creatively, optimised for platform formats, trends, and algorithms.
• Work directly with XO Brand Ambassadors to plan, capture, and edit analyst-led content, including previews, insights, explainers, and reactive pieces.
• Support ideation and execution of content concepts aligned with growth, acquisition, and engagement goals.
• Capture live or reactive content around sporting moments, trends, and cultural conversations.
• Collaborate with the Digital & Content Lead and Digital Marketing team to deliver campaigns, promos, and always-on content.
• Apply basic motion graphics, text overlays, and visual treatments to enhance storytelling (design skills would be a huge plus).
• Manage footage, assets, and templates to ensure efficient production workflows.
• Experiment with new formats, styles, and creative approaches to keep content fresh and high-performing.
• Jump in wherever needed in a start-up environment to keep content moving.
Qualifications & Experience
• 1–3 years' experience producing and editing content for social platforms (agency, media, sport, or creator background welcome).
• Strong videography skills, including shooting on mobile and/or camera setups.
• Proven editing skills using tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, CapCut, or similar.
• Experience creating content optimised for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and X.
• Design or motion graphics skills are a huge plus (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.).
