They deliver work for a diverse range of clients, including Developers, Architects, Local Councils, Tier 1 Contractors and Government Bodies. Typical projects are valued from $200k - $5m, where they have a history of delivering sports facilities, public domain works, foreshores, open space parks and playgrounds.

**THE DUTIES**
- Read and interpret plans
- Site set out
- Procurement of materials, equipment and resources
- Subcontractor management
- WHS implementation
- Quality control
- Oversee and delegate duties to Trades & Labour
- Liaise with clients
- Mentor Apprentices
- Report in collaboration with a Project Manager
- Cost tracking and forecasting
**BACKGROUND**
- 2-3 years as a Foreman
- Certificate III in Landscape Construction or Horticulture
- Experience on commercial, residential or civil landscaping projects
- Drivers license
