Global Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) Manager

IMDEX is seeking an experienced Global QHSE Manager to lead and drive our global strategy for Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment. This pivotal role will champion a positive QHSE culture across the organization, ensuring excellence in compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a global QHSE strategy aligned with IMDEX's business objectives.
* Promote and maintain IMDEX's QHSE Management Systems across all regions.
* Design, plan, and execute quality, environmental, health, and safety programs, including improvement initiatives and audits.
* Lead global improvement projects to enhance QHSE performance and culture.
* Provide expert guidance to regional teams, ensuring compliance with international standards and local regulations.
* Monitor and report on QHSE performance metrics, driving accountability and transparency.

* Proven experience in a senior QHSE leadership role within a global organization.
* Strong knowledge of international QHSE standards and best practices.
* Exceptional ability to influence, engage, and build a culture of health, safety and quality.
* Strategic thinker with hands‑on experience in implementing management systems and improvement programs.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
