**What you'll do
- Support the development of customer first ranges for the Kidswear category; through the research of trends, bringing new concepts to life through designing of seasonal Print ranges.
- Partner with the product designers to understand the customer range for the category in order to develop suitable prints for the customer
- Manage multiple projects and critical paths.
- Drive progress to meet our group sustainability commitments continuously improving our use of sustainable raw materials and packaging.
- Understand key customer insights and issues, continuously review the performance of ranges designed, looking for opportunities to refine and continuously improve in order to drive conversion and sales Ensure compliance with product safety, quality, and responsible sourcing standards.
**What you'll bring
- Qualification in Design and proven industry experience in Print & Textile Design
- Experience working with Kidswear (preferred, but will consider other handwriting styles) as a Designer/ Assistant Designer
- Strong drawing and illustration skills is required
- Experience partnering with a global supply base and working cross functionally with various internal and external stakeholders
- An understanding of the domestic and international market and competitive landscape Strong Creative Cloud experience; Illustrator and Photoshop
