About the role

Manage a diverse portfolio of General Home Claims with attention to detail and empathy.

Conduct onsite and desktop assessments to evaluate damages and determine cause of loss with care and precision.

Provide daily technical support to the Home Claims department and assist with complaint resolutions.

Prepare detailed reports and recommendations to guide the claims process.

Offer compassionate, end‐to‐end claim support to members.

Make informed and balanced decisions on liability, cost, quality, and timelines, while meticulously documenting all actions.

Cultivate positive working relationships with internal and external partners.

About you

Proven track record of providing excellent service and results for customers.

Experience managing a portfolio of Claims, providing timely solutions to customers.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of working with people on all levels with empathy and clarity.

Strong partnership and negotiation skills, able to engage with internal and external partners to ensure cost effective outcomes.

Must have a valid Australian Driver's License.

Experience in the field of loss adjustment will be ideal but it is not essential.

Eager to advance your career by pursuing loss adjusting qualifications, with support available to help you achieve them.

A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
