Position Overview:Randstad is currently recruiting for multiple AO3 Service Officers for a role with Queensland State Government based in Ipswich. In this role, you will negotiate appropriate actions to recover outstanding and finalising debts. Ideally you will have a proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in fast-paced and demanding environments.This is a time-sensitive role; applications will close by the end of the day on Wednesday 29th January. Click APPLY NOW to ensure you don’t miss out!Key Responsibilities:Providing a high-quality customer experience; you’ll approach situations with empathy and resilience.Proactively supporting clients to recover debts.Apply legislative knowledge to make informed decisions.Educate customers on policies and repayment procedures.Handle questions and complaints, escalating when needed, and keep accurate records.We are interviewing for this role ASAP to confirm a 10th of March start date. This is initially a 3-month assignment with the potential to extend.
