Job Title: Substance Abuse Nurse Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team at Wyong Hospital. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting clients on their recovery journey by administering medications, conducting thorough assessments and risk screenings, developing individualised treatment plans, and working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care.

About The Role:
* Administering medications in line with clinical guidelines
* Conducting thorough assessments and risk screenings
* Developing and evaluating individualised treatment plans
* Working collaboratively with GPs, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals
About You:
* AHPRA-registered RN (experience in substance abuse or mental health welcome but not essential)
* Great attitude, compassion, and a willingness to work collaboratively with others
* Confident communication skills and ability to work effectively with clients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders
