You will guide a team of dedicated educators and collaborate closely with families, school leadership and the wider community.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning and implementation of high-quality educational programs aligned with VEYLDF and the National Quality Framework.Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.Foster strong relationships with families, children, staff and the broader school community.Oversee staff recruitment, induction, professional development and performance management.Manage budgets, enrolments and administrative processes.Coordinate transition programs, excursions and specialist activities.About YouYou are an experienced early childhood professional with strong leadership capabilities and a deep understanding of child development and curriculum frameworks.
