A Day in the Life of a Food Services Attendant
* Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products to create special moments that your guests won't forget
* Let our guests know about our amazing ALH Loyalty Programs and their many benefits and product offerings
* Ensure that guests have a memorable dining experience by providing them with fast, efficient and personalised service
What We Need From You
* You know that when it comes to guest service, every moment matters
* You are great with people, communication, detail and delivery and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates
* You have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends
* You'll be yourself and come as you are – ALH is known for its people!
Inherent Requirements
* This is a hands‐on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
