ASI Locksmiths is a family owned and operated Canberra business. We have a great team of twenty experienced security professionals that have been servicing the locksmith industry since 1978. We have a strong passion for continually training our staff to see them reach their full potential.
We service all industry sectors:
 * Residential, commercial, government
 * CCTV, access control, alarms and intercoms
 * Safe sales/cracking/relocations
 * Restricted master key systems
 * Construction projects
 * Emergency works
 * Automotive
 * Workshop manufacturing, engineering and fabrication
We are looking for:
 * Administration staff to join our office team
 * Great customer communication skills, phone manner and attention to detail
 * Be able to think fast and attend to tasks according to their priority
 * Work closely with our workshop, outdoor and management teams
 * Great with computers and company administration procedures
 * No criminal history (police check mandatory)
About the role:
 * Process emails, data entry and answer phones
 * Send out invoices and assist with some MYOB account functions
 * Assist with staff KPI's
 * Maintain business registers, calendars and on-call rosters
 * Arrange staff travel bookings
 * Operate client portal systems
 * General office duties
 * Liaise with other Dept Managers, staff and clients

Skills and experience:
 * Someone with great organisation skills and phone manner would be ideal
 * Previous administration experience would be great but not essential
 * Experience with Office 365 software programs would be ideal
 * Any existing security clearances would be an advantage but not essential
