About The Position:

In this role, you will support a Body Corporate Manager with various duties including:

* Drafting and distributing minutes of meetings and completing action items from those meetings
">
* Assisting the Body Corporate Manager with compiling information for meeting packs and reports to conduct meetings
">
* Gaining a working knowledge of the Body Corporate and Community Management legislation to assist clients with correct Body Corporate advice
">
* Supporting a Strata Manager
">
* Drafting and distributing meeting notices for AGMs, Committee meetings, and Voting outside of Committee meetings
">
* General Strata Administrative duties
">
* Understanding Strata legislation
">
">
Key Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

* Excellent Communication Skills
">
* Real Estate/Body Corporate experience or similar highly transferable skill set from another administration role
">
* Strong Attention to Detail with the Ability to Multi-Task

* High Level of Computer Skills

* Energy, integrity & drive to succeed

* Strong administration experience is a must
