Job Role: Customer Service Officer
This role is a key position in our organization, focusing on the assessment of eligibility and the processing of claims.
* Process claims and documentation accurately and efficiently within required timeframes and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Assess eligibility and ensure all work complies with contract and policy requirements.
* Refer customers to relevant agencies such as State Training Authorities (STAs) and Registered Training Organisations (RTOs).
