* Salary: $85,790 - $95,413 p.a. plus Superannuation and Salary Sacrifice benefits – ASO5
* Temporary Full-Time, up to 5 February 2027

About the Role:

An exciting opportunity exists within the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network for an experienced Administration Manager to join the Division of Medicine.

In this pivotal role, you will be accountable to the Divisional Co-Directors for the effective coordination and delivery of administrative services across the Division. You will lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of high-quality administrative systems and processes that support efficient service delivery.

A key part of the role involves providing advice and support to Unit Managers and staff on administrative functions, corporate processes and operational requirements. You will play a central role in shaping streamlined, reliable and responsive administrative practices that enable the Division to operate at its best.

* proven leadership experience in supervising and motivating teams
* strong administrative expertise
* high-level written communication and interpersonal skills
* proficiency in Microsoft Office with the ability to produce professional documents, spreadsheets and presentations
* demonstrated ability in the preparation of reports, briefings and project documentation
* demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver high-quality outcomes
* experience building productive stakeholder relationships across diverse groups
* broad knowledge of administrative support functions such as finance, HR, procurement, records management and reporting
