This team handles some of the most significant WHS prosecutions, compliance matters, and investigations across both public and private sectors.
You will work alongside senior practitioners who have led landmark industrial manslaughter prosecutions and advised on major state-wide compliance projects.

Key responsibilities
Advising on incident response, enforcement notices, and regulatory engagement
Conducting WHS prosecutions, including indictable offences and reckless conduct
Providing strategic advice on safety and compliance matters
Acting for regulators, government bodies, and select private clients
Preparing for and appearing in coronial inquests and jury trials
About you
Associate-level lawyer with a strong focus on WHS and regulatory law
Comfortable managing complex files and working under pressure
Excellent written and verbal advocacy skills
Experience with prosecutions, inquests, or complex advisory matters is highly regarded
