About the role
We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Stock Controller to join our Good Price Pharmacy team in Rosebery, NSW. You will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of our busy community pharmacy, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and efficient business operations.
What you'll be doing
* Overseeing all aspects of pharmacy operations and mainly inventory control
* Planograms, catalogue tickets cordination, RA's, ordering, and supplier credits
* Fostering a positive and collaborative team environment, providing coaching and support to pharmacy staff
* Ensuring compliance with relevant pharmaceutical regulations, standards, and company policies
* Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall performance of the pharmacy
* Actively participating in the implementation of new initiatives and programs to improve the pharmacy's service offerings
What we're looking for
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a Pharmacy or similar role
* Solid understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, standards, and best practices
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
* Proven track record of driving sales and operational efficiency in a retail pharmacy environment
* Proficient in using pharmacy management software and technology
* Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and patient-centred care
Pay
$49,900.00 per year
