As Supply Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a dedicated team, collaborate with suppliers, and optimise our supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
We are seeking an experienced supply chain professional to lead our Supply Department, ensuring seamless procurement, inventory, and distribution of medical and on medical supplies across the hospital.
**About this role**:
Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Supply Manager is responsible for:
- **Procurement & Inventory Management**:Overseeing the procurement process, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely replenishment of supplies.
- **Vendor Management**:Building strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the quality and cost-effectiveness of all purchases.
- **Supply Chain Optimization**:Identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices to streamline operations.
- **Budget & Financial Management**:Managing the supply budget, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring alignment with hospital goals.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:Ensuring adherence to hospital, state, and federal regulations related to medical supplies.
- **Cross-Departmental Collaboration**:Working closely with various departments to understand and meet their supply needs.
- **Team Leadership**:Leading and mentoring the Supply Team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
**What You Bring**:
- **Qualifications**:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience. Certification in supply chain management is a plus.
- **Experience**:A minimum of 5 years in managing a supply chain or procurement function.
- **Skills**:Strong analytical skills, proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office, and excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- **Attributes**:Proven leadership skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment
