As an Account Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our Hardware portfolio, focusing on top buying group clients like Natbuild and IHG (Mitre 10/Home Hardware) amongst others. Your mission? To generate demand, expand our market reach, and build lasting relationships that fuel our growth.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Championing a culture of Environmental, Health, and Safety within our organisation.
* Managing a diverse and dynamic customer base while seizing new sales opportunities.
* Planning and executing strategic sales initiatives to maximize growth potential.
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure our clients receive exceptional service and support.
* Hitting key targets for revenue, margin, and customer acquisition through the promotion of our innovative products.
* Acting as a brand ambassador, delivering expert knowledge on Laminex products, and tailoring solutions to meet the unique needs of each customer.
* Keeping our clients ahead of the curve by communicating the latest in New Product Development (NPD) and industry trends.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
* A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to build rapport and forge strong relationships.
* Strategic thinking and a sharp eye for growth opportunities.
* A passion for sales, with experience in account management or business development.
* A collaborative mindset, thriving as a part of a dynamic team to drive growth.
* Experience in the hardware, building and construction industry is a plus, but your enthusiasm and drive are what really matter.
* Located in South East Queensland (Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast).
