Overview

Neil Mansell Transport is a national family owned transport company. We are a large provider of general and refrigerated freight services from Perth to the Northwest communities, Broome through to Darwin, Brisbane and Adelaide. We also have depots in Fitzroy Crossing, Halls Creek and Kununurra.

Responsibilities

* Enter consignment notes, pickups and credit card payments as well as freight movements in Freight 2020.
* Receive pickup requests from our customers or their suppliers, via phone and email.
* Provide administration support including customer service, data entry, scanning PODs, filing and archiving.

What we are looking for

* Motivated and detail oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and capable of learning new software programs.
* Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate with managers and team members across multiple departments.
* Interested in building a career in logistics, transport, or operations.
* Previous logistics, warehouse, or administrative experience is a bonus; Freight 2020 experience is desirable but not essential — training will be provided.
