About the Role: An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join a leading supplier of engineered fluid handling solutions. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in driving growth across key industries including mining, oil & gas, infrastructure, and water by delivering high-performance pumps, compressors, and packaged systems. Responsibilities: Identify and develop new sales opportunities across Queensland and the East Coast Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, EPCs, engineers, and end-users Promote a full range of engineered rotating equipment and fluid handling systems Collaborate with internal engineering teams to deliver best-fit proposals and technical solutions Manage the full sales process: lead generation, proposals, negotiations, and closing Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and client meetings as needed Skills & Experience: Full working rights in Australia Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels A degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering – or equivalent practical experience Minimum 5 years' experience in technical sales or business development, ideally in the industrial or rotating equipment sectors Proven ability to manage long sales cycles and deliver complex technical proposals Willingness to travel across the region as required Strong technical knowledge of pumps, compressors, and packaged systems Familiarity with relevant industry standards such as API 610, 675, or 685 is a plus Why Join Us?
