Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Food & Beverage Manager to lead our front of house operations, employee relations and engagement, sales growth, and inventory controls.
The successful candidate will oversee daily activities, supervise staff, maintain quality service standards, and work closely with the Director of Food & Beverage and General Manager to ensure seamless operations.
Main Responsibilities:
* Staff Supervision: Coordinate and direct the activities of food and beverage outlet staff to provide prompt and courteous service.
* Service Quality: Maintain high quality of food preparation and service, adhering to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs.
* Inventory Management: Manage inventory, scheduling, and financial reporting, maintaining a favorable working relationship with employees.
