A strong background in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is required for this position. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for success in this role, as well as proficiency in MS Project and P6.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing project administrative logs, implementing quality control and safety procedures, and resolving project-specific issues. Possessing LEED certification(s) and experience managing multiple projects at various stages within their lifecycle is highly valued.
