The successful candidate will lead Rocky Bay's quality risk and governance functions, ensuring compliance safety and continuous improvement across the organisation. Key responsibilities include oversight of quality audit and compliance frameworks, risk management and business continuity planning, workplace health safety and injury management, NDIS quality and safeguards reporting and complaints oversight, policy and document control leadership, and reporting to the Executive Board and committees.
