Eterni Jewellery is a family-owned fine jewellery boutique in Booragoon, specialising in bespoke, handcrafted designs and exceptional customer experiences.

We're seeking passionate and professional Retail Sales Assistants to join our boutique showroom.
In these client-facing roles, you'll play a key part in creating memorable experiences for our customers while ensuring the store runs smoothly day to day.
There are two positions available :
Role 1 : Saturday, Monday and Tuesday - 9 : 30 am to 5 : 30 pm
Role 2 : Wednesday, Thursday and Friday - 9 : 30 am to 5 : 30 pm
This will involve :
Welcoming clients to our showroom with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail
Providing exceptional service from initial enquiry through to final purchase
Receiving and processing jewellery repairs, including data entry and client record management
Maintaining immaculate presentation of the showroom and displays
Supporting daily store operations including opening, closing, and security procedures
We're looking for someone who :
Has prior retail experience (jewellery experience highly regarded)
Demonstrates a passion for fine jewellery and customer care
Shows integrity, trustworthiness, and a positive professional attitude
Holds a current Police Clearance and Driver's Licence
Has high standards of professionalism and personal presentation
Has clear English communication skills
