We're looking for a creative and strategic Content Marketing Manager to help shape our voice and storytelling. You'll write punchy, engaging, and conversion-driven content across our website, ads, social media, and more — all while playing a key role in building a content engine that supports growth and student impact.

We empower students and their studies by providing an ecosystem of highly effective tutoring, resources and support. We run weekly small-group tutoring sessions at our in-person campuses, presented by young and experienced tutors that teach in a simple, intuitive and engaging way. We also supplement these sessions with weekly workshops, complimentary 1-on-1 support and a learning portal with a comprehensive suite of resources and practice material to help students master their subjects.

What you'll do
* Craft written content across our website, emails, social media, landing pages, and ads
* Build and maintain a clear content calendar with strong execution rhythm
* Optimise all content for clarity, performance, and SEO
* Collaborate with subject matter experts to turn ideas into compelling marketing stories
* Write and test ad copy for Meta and Google platforms
* Monitor performance data and adapt content strategy accordingly

Academic Requirements
* Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
* Portfolio or writing samples showcasing digital content or campaign success
Personal Requirements
* 2–4 years of hands-on content marketing or copywriting experience
* Comfortable with Google Ads and Meta Ads (for writing & managing copy)
* Confident using CMS tools (e.g. WordPress or Webflow)
* Understands marketing funnel stages and how content drives outcomes
* Strong time management skills with ability to manage competing deadlines
