About You
Desired Skills and Experience

* Proven leadership track record within the hospitality or food sector.
* Specialized sushi experience is considered a distinct and highly valued advantage.
* Uncompromising dedication to quality, ingredient freshness, and an elevated guest experience.
* Mandatory compliance qualifications holding a current Food Safety Supervisor ticket and NSW RSA.
* Valid Driver's Licence is strictly required for this role.
* Confident, hands-on operator ready to establish, launch, and lead operations from day one.
