Permanent Long Term role for the right candidate
A kind and welcoming family in Kingsgrove is looking for a gentle, nurturing nanny to support the care of their 7 month old baby two days per week. This role would suit someone calm, caring and experienced with infants who enjoys creating a peaceful environment and offering practical support in the home.
About the Role
This position is focused on in-home care only. The nanny will not be required to take the baby out of the house, but must have their own car to travel to and from the role.
Days and Hours
]Tuesday 9am - 2pm
]Wednesday 9am -2pm
Responsibilities
* Providing warm, attentive care for the baby
* Preparing bottles and warming pre-prepared meals
* Feeding breakfast and lunch
* Supporting naps and wake windows
* Engaging in age-appropriate play
* Keeping baby areas clean and tidy
* Light household duties including:
* Washing and folding laundry
* Wiping benches
* Vacuuming as needed
* Washing dishes
* Ensuring the family dogs have fresh water (no walking required)

* Comfortable working in a quiet, home-based environment
Requirements
* 3+ years experience as a nanny or in childcare
* Childcare qualifications (Preferred)
* Previous experience caring for infants
* Valid Working with Children s check
* Valid First Aid and CPR
* Full licence and own car (no driving required during the role)
* Non-smoker
* Comfortable around dogs

* The household includes mum, dad, their baby daughter, and two dogs. Dad runs his own business and mum is currently at home. With no extended family nearby, this support role is an important part of helping mum manage the load and maintain a calm, clean and supportive home environment.
