Financial Leadership Opportunity
The role involves partnering with group and divisional finance teams, maintaining strong financial control, and ensuring alignment with the UNITE Program. The successful candidate will lead financial performance and control for UNITE, overseeing key group processes such as Budgeting and Reporting (BSR) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR).
By delivering insightful analysis and robust forecasting, the successful candidate will support expense targets, challenge assumptions, and drive value through commercial insights and strategic financial modelling.
* A confident finance leader who thrives in dynamic environments and brings clarity to complexity
* Significant experience in financial management and the financial services industry
* A professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent)
* Proven leadership experience with a passion for mentoring and team development
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities with strong ability to influence, negotiate, and manage expectations at a senior management level
