Description About the role To provide data analysis, reporting and correction of corrupt data as per business prioritization. To provide support/assistance (where required) to the Production Support and other IT Service Delivery teams 12 months Fixed Term Contract role Permanent part time role for 2 days per week Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities Develop and test SQL, PL/SQL Data Fix scripts to correct data corruption, and to update data that cannot be achieved through existing system functionality. Take ownership of problems and their resolution. Assist with first level Production Support and conduct root cause analysis. Provide support/assistance (where required) to the Production Support team. Lead the execution of change in order to improve the quality, reliability and efficiency. Ensuring agreed development methodologies, processes, standards and strategies are adhered to. Build relationships with key Operational managers and leaders in the business. Work with business users (in conjunction with Business/Systems Analysts) to clarify requirements and resolve issues. Raise JIRAs, CMS, Rollback Requests and approvals (where required) Provide timely reporting to manager Experience & Personal Attributes Strong problem solving and organizational skills Attention to detail and accuracy with a pragmatic approach. Experience with SQL and aaspire or other superannuation administration platform an advantage Experience with Financial applications (superannuation preferable) A quick learner, enthusiastic mentor and capable instructor.
