About the Role You will be working across a mix of commercial and residential maintenance, with a strong focus on commercial sites including: Retail environments Aged care facilities Childcare centres and education settings Residential maintenance and reactive works This role suits someone who is organised, self‑motivated, and comfortable managing their own run while still contributing to a wider team. What You Will Be Doing: Delivering plumbing and gas maintenance works safely, efficiently, and to a high standard Diagnosing faults and completing jobs right the first time Managing jobs using a digital job management system (AroFlo experience highly regarded) Communicating clearly with clients, site managers, and the Pulse team Working autonomously while supporting team outcomes What We Are Looking For You will ideally have: 3 years post‑apprenticeship experience (apprenticeship not included) Current QLD Plumbing Licence Gas Fitting Licence (Gas Ticket) Strong experience in maintenance plumbing (commercial and/or residential) Confidence managing your own workload and priorities A professional approach to clients and site environments Experience using AroFlo or a similar job management system CCTV and jetting experience preferred but not essential What We Offer: Competitive Salary Package, negotiable depending on experience Company vehicle provided Consistent, varied work with minimal downtime A young, motivated crew with a no‑ego culture Genuine opportunities to grow with the business A team that works hard, backs each other, and enjoys the job Why Pulse Plumbing We value good people, quality workmanship, and efficiency.
