Your Skills & Responsibilities
* Using software such as Cabmaster (or similar) to program joinery components for CNC machining
* Interpreting plans, job sheets, and cutting lists to prepare accurate machine files
* Collaborating with design and production teams to ensure smooth workflow
* Nesting jobs efficiently and optimising material usage using EzyNest Program
* Troubleshooting and resolving any programming or production issues
* Maintaining attention to detail and consistently meeting deadlines
* Being a proactive, self-motivated team player with a can‑do attitude
Qualifications & Requirements
* Experience in cabinet making or CNC programming within a joinery environment with an excellent understanding of cabinetry construction methods and production processes highly advantageous but not necessary
* Proficiency in Cabmaster, Cabinet Vision, Microvellum, or other CAD/CAM software
* Great communication skills and a strong work ethic
* Current Driver's Licence and White Card (advantageous)
* Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems
