In this role, you'll:
Support the delivery of procurement capability and engagement initiatives across Transport for NSW. You will play a key role in translating procurement policies and frameworks into practical, user-friendly resources that enable consistent and effective application across the organisation.
Develop and refine learning and communication materials, including user guides, intranet content, presentations, and toolkits, to improve understanding of procurement processes and requirements.
Assist in embedding procurement frameworks, policies, and systems by producing clear guidance and supporting materials for stakeholders.
Contribute to continuous improvement and reform initiatives through research, process documentation, and workflow mapping.
Coordinate and support workshops, working groups, and engagement activities to drive capability uplift and adoption of best practices.

About you
•Proven experience contributing to procurement, training, communication, or change initiatives within a large and complex environment, ideally within the public sector.
•Solid understanding of NSW Government Procurement Policy Frameworks and the end-to-end procurement lifecycle.
•Strong organisational and coordination capability, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines.
•Clear and effective communication skills, with experience developing structured training materials, reports, and stakeholder communications.
•Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience.
