Are you passionate about gender equality and skilled at supporting people through trauma-informed, strengths-based practice? Join us as our Case Manager, to support the expansion of our services in Darwin

* Location: Darwin (Palmerstone) - Larrakia Land
* Employment Type: Full-time | Ongoing | 38 hours a week
* Salary: Social & Community Services Level 4 | $44.58 to $47.97 per hour + Super
* Benefits: Salary packaging up to $18,550 + career development + paid parental leave

About this opportunity

Our Case Manager walks alongside young people and older women, supporting their transition into secure and independent housing while connecting them with essential services and rental pathways. You'll provide person‑centred support that helps people feel safe, seen, and empowered to build the future they want.

In this role, you'll deliver trauma‑informed, strengths‑based case management, creating safe and inclusive spaces and championing social justice in practical, meaningful ways. You'll collaborate closely with residents, partners, and colleagues, using your professional expertise and compassion to support positive change.

You'll be a great fit if you:

* hold qualifications and experience in Social Work, Community Services, or a related field
* bring experience delivering case management, including risk assessment, crisis intervention, and holistic support planning
* demonstrate strong trauma‑informed, strengths‑based practice
* understand the homelessness and housing sector, including systemic challenges and supports
* can build trusted relationships and communicate effectively across diverse teams and communities
* value intersectional feminism, advocacy, and purpose‑driven work
* enjoy a supportive, values‑led culture and working closely with community
