About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Rural Products Sales Leader to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a retail sales team to deliver business and customer goals. You will drive sales and identify new business opportunities across rural merchandise categories, building and maintaining strong B2B relationships with local producers and agribusiness clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in retail management and rural merchandise operations
* A strong background in business development and stakeholder relationship management
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach and lead a team
* Solid understanding of rural products, including animal health and crop protection
* The ability to interpret sales data and trends to inform localised strategies
