6 months contract role with possible extension Attractive daily pay rate Remote working (Can be based anywhere in Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Brisbane or Adelaide) PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: As an AI Learning Deployment Specialist, you will lead the initiative from a learning and user-experience lens, working closely with stakeholders to gather insights, build learner personas, and develop meaningful user stories. You will analyse business and learner requirements, challenge assumptions, and make practical recommendations to enable an effective AI-powered learning experience. This includes leveraging platforms such as Viva Learning, Copilot, Udemy, LinkedIn Learning, and Workday to design solutions that genuinely enhance employee learning. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Map learner personas and end-to-end learner journeys, defining user stories, test cases, QA frameworks, and delivery documentation. Maintain a deep focus on learner experience and pain points rather than pure system configuration. Identify and prioritise issues by learner persona, focusing on what can realistically be addressed. Engage and collaborate with stakeholders while independently driving this workstream alongside a central Project Manager. Question assumptions and propose alternative approaches where they improve learning outcomes. Operate in a Technical Business Analyst–style capacity, with familiarity across Workday, Viva Learning, LinkedIn Learning, Udemy, and the Microsoft ecosystem. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: Experience working with AI-enabled learning platforms, including Viva Learning, LMSs, and AI-driven tools (e.g. AI coaches). Proven experience supporting or delivering learning technology implementations that enhance employee experience. Strong capability in designing, managing, and consolidating structured testing protocols for pilots and rollouts. Excellent requirements gathering and documentation skills, translating business needs into technical and learner-centric solutions. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, challenge, and drive outcomes.
