Join a warm, supportive clinic making a real difference for children and families in Central West NSW. We're looking for an Allied Health Assistant to join our multidisciplinary team—with the flexibility to work across a range of ages, not just paediatrics.
About the Role
As an Allied Health Assistant, you will be expected to:
* Support therapy programs – Implement therapy and rehabilitation activities designed by Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Psychologists under supervision.
* Assist with client care – Provide direct support to clients during individual and group sessions, monitoring comfort and progress.
* Maintain documentation – Accurately record attendance, progress notes, and data to support clinical outcomes and reporting.
* Contribute to team effectiveness – Communicate observations to supervising clinicians, participate in case discussions, and support quality improvement initiatives.
* Prepare and maintain therapy environments – Set up and clean equipment, resources, and treatment spaces to ensure safe and efficient service delivery.

About You
* Experience in clinical or educational sectors, preferred
* Interest in neurodiversity and collaborative, family-centred practice
* Ability to work with children and, if desired, other age groups
* Valid Working with Children Check and National Police Check, required
* Current driver's licence and reliable transport essential
