We are looking for a qualified, multi-skilled Maintenance Fitter to join Ridley AgriProducts at our St Arnaud site. If you have hands-on maintenance experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team and make a significant impact on our Maintenance Department. We provide comprehensive training to equip you with all the skills needed for this challenging role. The Role

Working closely with the Site Manager and Production team, you will:

- Work on various manufacturing equipment
- Implement safety management practices
- Manage a maintenance budget
- Perform both time-critical breakdown repairs and scheduled maintenance tasks
- Schedule maintenance activities to meet production targets and minimize downtime
- Experience with computer-based maintenance programs is highly regarded.

You will have

- A mechanical trade qualification (essential) and relevant tickets
- Demonstrated knowledge of OH&S and Environmental Policies and Legislation
- Experience with production and maintenance KPIs, including planned preventative maintenance programs
- Proficient computing skills; experience with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work under pressure and effectively communicate
- Over 2 years of industry experience, including working with manufacturing and maintenance teams
- Current valid drivers licence and forklift license (HRW)
- BI boiler license preferred but not essential
