An exciting opportunity to join a high-performing and collegiate team within a global AI-driven LegalTech organisation
This quasi-legal role reports to the Head of Operations and is suited to a lawyer with experience in wills & estates or commercial law, combined with strong commercial and operational acumen. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the legal and operational needs of a cutting-edge AI platform as it expands in Australia and scales internationally.
This is a growth role, with the successful candidate offered comprehensive training, mentoring, and support to ensure success.
Responsibilities
* Actively engage in the evaluation and testing of the AI legal research platform to ensure accuracy and relevance to legal professionals.
* Support the verification of AI-generated legal content, collaborating with a panel of external lawyers across key areas such as wills & estates, commercial, and litigation.
* Facilitate structured user testing, gather insights from clients and integration partners, and translate feedback into product improvements.
* Conduct demonstrations of the platform for client-facing teams and prospective users.
* Provide input on content, product development, and market positioning to the executive team.
* Collaborate with integration partners, product, sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver a seamless and trusted client experience.
* Stay abreast of emerging LegalTech trends and competitor products to ensure the platform maintains its leadership position.
* Support marketing initiatives, seminars, and stakeholder engagement activities
Experience and skills required
* To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 8-10 years post-qualification experience.
* Commercial or operations experience is highly desirable.
* Background in wills & estates, commercial law, or commercial litigation.
* Strong knowledge of the legal market, LegalTech, and preferably an understanding of AI, with exposure to legal tech stacks in the market.
* Demonstrated commercial and operational mindset, with client-facing experience highly advantageous.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative global organisation.
* Strong analytical, research and communication skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders.
