Senior Occupational Therapist Role

As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you have the opportunity to make a real impact in Mandurah. This role offers flexible hours and regular professional development opportunities, ensuring career growth and leadership support.

The primary service area for this role is Mandurah, Peel, and Rockingham. You will have the chance to connect in person with our Cockburn team for support and collaboration. Your caseload will be varied, including developmental and acquired disabilities across the lifespan.

You will provide community-OT services to NDIS participants in the Mandurah and Rockingham Region. Key responsibilities include:

* Conducting thorough assessments and designing impactful therapy plans in diverse environments.
* Building enduring relationships with clients and witnessing the lasting impact of your work.
* Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to address complex cases.


Key Responsibilities:

This role requires strong clinical skills and expertise. You must hold full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist and have a valid driver's license and personal vehicle. Additionally, you will need to obtain an NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check, or be willing to do so.

A minimum of 5 years' experience within a community-OT role is required, along with previous experience supervising students, new-grads, or early-career OTs. Onshore applicants seeking sponsorship will be considered.
