Job Summary:
This role involves leading Oracle Database upgrades and migrations, ensuring high availability and disaster recovery through RAC and standby configurations.
Strong experience with database performance troubleshooting and tuning using AWR and Explain plans is essential.
A background in Oracle data protection strategies and data guard configurations is highly desirable.
Proficiency in tools like OEM, SQL Developer, and data pumps (Expdp/Impdp) is required for this position.
Familiarity with cloud-based DB migrations from on-premises environments is a plus.
