About the role:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Responding to client enquiries and providing administrative support to Senior Account Managers
* Processing new business, renewals, endorsements and quotations accurately and efficiently
* Preparing client and insurer correspondence and maintaining updated claims and policy records
* Assisting with customer complaints and ensuring timely resolution
* Developing knowledge of insurance products, client industries and regulatory requirements
* Managing a portfolio of private motor & domestic insurance
* Collaborating with team members and contributing to a positive, values-driven work environment
About you:
We are looking for a motivated individual with a desire to learn and grow in the insurance industry. Ideally, you will possess:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in using technology and systems, particularly word processing and spreadsheet applications
* A proactive approach to learning and problem-solving
* Prior experience in insurance will be highly regarded
