We're supporting a public health service to find experienced Orange Door Hub Practitioners to join a well-established team based in Werribee
In this role, you'll primarily work with individuals who use violence, focusing on risk management, safety planning, assessment, and referrals to appropriate supports
The role
* Minimum 4-week contract with potential to extend
* 0.8 - Full-time hours
* Hybrid model: onsite with 2 days WFH
* Location: Werribee
* SCHADS Level 5 - $61-$64 per hour + super
What we're looking for
* Experience working within The Orange Door
* Strong risk assessment and safety planning skills
* Ability to work confidently with individuals using violence
* Available to start ASAP
