**Position Overview**
As a Claims Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in assisting policyholders throughout the claims process. You will be responsible for evaluating, processing, and managing all lines of insurance claims, ensuring that our clients receive a seamless and efficient claims experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and assess insurance claims for accuracy and coverage eligibility.
- Appoint loss adjusters to investigate damage, assess the extent of losses, and estimate repair or replacement costs.
- Communicate with clients, adjusters, and service providers to facilitate the claims resolution process.
- Maintain detailed and accurate claims records and documentation.
- Provide guidance and support to policyholders, answering questions and addressing concerns.
**Skills and Experience**:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in insurance claims or a related field
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies, regulations, and claims procedures.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
