Indie Education is a not‐for‐profit company limited by guarantee and a registered charity. The organization operates independent schools for 15‐18 year olds, a Registered Training Organisation, adult community education and adult disability support training.
Indie is governed by seven directors representing each Australian state. Board appointments are for an initial two‐year term with the option to re‐stand for a further two years. The position is voluntary with director costs reimbursed.

Qualifications
* Executive or senior management experience in organisations of similar size and growth stage as Indie Education.
* Experience within the fields of operations we cover: secondary education and as a registered training organisation.
* The ability to work with a team in a respectful, collegiate, and collaborative manner.
