Overview
Based full-time at our Sydney HQ in Alexandria, the Student Marketing Manager is responsible for leading two marketing functions (Sampling & University Activity) nationally, which aim to grow our user base and strengthen brand love among our core target group, university students. The Student Marketing Manager works with Field Marketing teams to recruit, lead & retain a casual workforce of energetic and passionate brand ambassadors. This includes coaching both Field Marketing teams and our Student Marketeers out in the field on how to ensure quality consumer & customer interactions. They are responsible for managing large national projects from start to finish, integration of impactful sales support programs, guiding our Field teams on program principles and execution standards, working cross functionally on new ways to excite our consumers and most importantly are well connected to changing generational trends and maintaining & growing our presence in the Education Channel.
Responsibilities
All the responsibilities we\'ll trust you with:
* Senior experience in managing people and teams
* Strong skills in nurturing and developing junior team members
* Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or Human Resources
* Minimum 3+ years of experience in leading events & marketing activities
* Experience in the working within the university landscape
* Travel 20-30%
