About the Role
We are seeking an experienced retail professional to lead our team of volunteers. As Retail Manager, you will drive sales and customer service through effective retail strategies, maintain strong visual merchandising and store presentation standards, collaborate with stakeholders to ensure right products are delivered to the right stores, and support, train and develop a team of dedicated volunteers.

Requirements:
* Retail experience preferably in fashion environment
* Strong leadership and influencing skills with successful track record in managing and engaging staff
* Ability to drive continuous improvement, provide accurate reporting and analyse data
* Strong written, interpersonal and verbal communication skills
* Strong time management and organisational skills with ability to adapt quickly
