Your new role
This is a unique opportunity to be a part of the 3-year-old Early Learning Program in Tasmania.
Based in Davenport, you will enjoy a part-time role that combines on-the-floor time with dedicated non-contact hours to support the program.
This program operates Monday to Wednesday, and you will be supported by a team focused on nurturing children's strengths, interests and social connections and teaching values that reflect the community – kindness, reliance and teamwork.
You will be well supported to succeed in your new role and have opportunities to grow and develop as part of the Tasmanian Early Learning team.
A Service Leader/ECT will lead the program and support you to be part of the team of like-minded professionals.

Your Skills and Experience
You're a skilled Diploma Qualified Educator with a track record supporting early learning programs.
You Will Also Bring With You
Demonstrated understanding of quality frameworks and continuous quality improvement processes.
Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of early childhood development and education.
Demonstrated understanding of the Early Years Learning and Development Frameworks and National Quality Framework.
